Balancing Services for High-Quality Service CMT-48 VSR for precise balancing to speed up to 240,000rpm, the balancing process is performed by comparison of selected parameters of vibrations to values specified by turbocharger manufacturers as boundary values of these parameters.

Our comprehensive range allows turbo reconditioning, turbo remanufacturing and the repair of turbo models originally manufactured by Garrett, Holset (Cummins Turbo Technologies), Borg Warner (Schwitzer & 3K), and MHI (Mitsubishi), Komatsu, Toyota, IHI & Hitachi, KKK, TEL.
In addition to the replacement of turbo parts, we offer our customers an unrivaled cataloging and technical data service. This allows our customers’ access to over 10,000 detailed turbos build sheets and service data to help turbo reconditioners find required parts in the old core. Using our team of in-house qualified technicians, our range of turbo products is continuously growing; currently, it consists of over 2450 turbo parts ranging from Borg-Warner KP/BV and Garrett VNT, passenger car turbos to Komatsu KTR, off-highway turbos. In addition to turbo repair kits, the range also includes shaft and wheels, compressor wheels, bearing housings, seal plates, heat shields, turbine housings and a large selection of oversize journal bearings and piston rings. Turbomart in-house CHRA production facility, based in Nairobi, Kenya produces a wide range of replacement CHRA which covers over 900 turbo references. The facility also offers a large growing range of fully balanced CHRA for many popular turbos including Garrett GT/VNT, Borg Warner K03/4 & KP/BV, MHI TD02/3 TF035/ TD04, and Toyota CT26.
